I am a regular visitor to the region and always stay at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel. I can count on it always being very clean, food and service is very good as are the housekeeping services. The staff is very respectful and responsive starting right at the front desk. Employees always seem to have a smile on their faces and ready to help in anyway they can.

When we encountered a challenge during our first day's at the Hotel, Manager Ashley's EXCELLENT customer first attitude helped us resolve the challenge, resulting in our stay being an overall EXCELLENT STAY! Recommend that Manager Ashley be rewarded for her efforts by giving her an on the spot cash award, a pay increase, or a promotion to recognize her for her EXCELLENT customer first attitude! Hot water was dangerously HOT! Water could not be regulated for a shower. Asked that it be looked at two times it never happened! Pool was closed… paid the exact same for a full service hotel with equal amenities….
